Add a subscription to a user and start making contact attempts.

What you should know

  • The subscription ‘Per contact attempt’ can be deleted.
  • Active periodical subscriptions (month, quarter or year) can’t  be deleted or transferred to an other user.
  • Users will receive an email notification when a subscription is added

Add subscription

Go to users and click on the credit card icon icon add credit in CallMonkey.

Select a subscription from the pull-down.

There is no subscription for Administrators. Administrators can use the application for free.

Per contact attempt

Select ‘Per contact attempt € 0.05’ and fill in a amount.

‘Per contact attempt’ subscription is only available for Telemarketers.

Click on the button ‘Create’ and the created subscription will appear under ‘Current subscription’

When there is already an current ‘Per contact attempt’ subscription it will appear under ‘Future subscriptions ‘Per contact attempt”

You can add multiple ‘Future subscriptions ‘Per contact attempt” subscriptions.


User can’t make contacts attempts any more when ‘Remaining attempts’ becomes zero and ‘Auto recharge’ is not checked or when there here is no ‘Future subscription ‘Per contact attempt’.

Prevent users not being able to make contact attempts. Use ‘Auto recharge’ with the current subscription or create a ‘Future subscription ‘Per contact attempt’.

Allocated credit

The allocated credit show the credit that has been allocated to this subscription.

Remaining attempts

The number under the field ‘Remaining attempts’ shows how much contact attempts are left for this user.

Auto recharge

A new subscription will automatically be allocated when the ‘Remaining attempts’ becomes zero and when ‘Auto recharge’ is checked.

The allocated credit will be the same as the amount in ‘Allocated credit’ in the current subscription.

Create a ‘Future subscription’ if you don’t want to use ‘Auto recharge’. It will prevent users not being able to make contact attempts.

Click on the green check mark  icoontje actief CallMonkey  if you want to cancel ‘Auto recharge’. The icon becomes white icoontje inactief CallMonkey and the subscription will not be recharged.

Delete subscription

Click on the delete icon Delete icon in CallMonkey to delete the subscription.

When the ‘Remaining attempts’ is 40 and the subscription is deleted,  € 2.00 is refunded back to the ‘CallMonkey credit’ (40 x € 0.05 = € 2.00).

Per period (month, quarter or year)

Select a periodical subscription (month, quarter or year) a start date and click ‘Create’ (the end date will be automatically filled).

The subscription can’t be deleted when the selected start date equals today’s date

Click on the button ‘Create’ and the created subscription will appear under ‘Current subscription’

Click on the white check mark icon white check mark icon in CallMonkey to auto recharge the subscription. The white check mark icon white check mark icon in CallMonkey changes into a green check mark icon checkmark icon in CallMonkey.

The subscription will be auto renewed at the end date.

Auto recharge

A new credit will automatically be allocated from the ‘CallMonkey credit’ when the end date of the current periode subscription is reached and when ‘Auto recharge’ is checked.

The new subscription will be the same as the current subscription.

Click on the green check mark  icoontje actief CallMonkey  if you want to cancel ‘Auto recharge’. The icon becomes white icoontje inactief CallMonkey and the subscription will not be recharged.


Create a ‘Future subscription’ if you want to assign another period subscription.

Only the latest period subscription can be set to auto recharge

Future subscription

It is also possible to create one ore more a ‘Future subscriptions ‘Per period”.  This subscription will become the current subscription on the selected start date.

Delete subscription

An active period subscription can not be deleted. The subscription is active when the start date is reached.

A ‘Future subscriptions ‘Per period” can always be deleted as long as the start date isn’t reached.


You will receive an email whenever a subscription is deleted

No subscription

The notification below appears when a user doesn’t have a subscription assigned.
