Campaign create new campaign in CallMonkey

What you should know

  • Create a Campaign and import addresses into the Campaign
  • New addresses can be Imported into an existing Campaign
  • Attach the Users who are allowed to work on the campaign
  • Create a new Campaign when certain Users are not allow to work on a Campaign

Create a Campaign

The Address Summery appears on top of the Contactpage for Users.

Set the maximum contact attempts before an address gets discharged.

Which telephone number has to appear default on the Contactpage when a User wants to make a call.

The information in this field appears on the Startpage when Users select the campaign.

Address summary

Address summary can be used to summarize the most important fields.

The address summary appears between the fixed header and the address score on the contact page.

Maximum attempts

A maximum number of attempts can be set per campaign.

– Maximum contact attempts
An address gets automatic discharged when the number of contact attempts is reached.

When the maximum contact attempts is reached it is discharged with the disposition code ‘Maximum contact attempts’

– Maximum no contact
An address gets discharges automatic when the number of maximum no contact is reached.

When the maximum no contact (disposition codes with setting contact priority ‘1 (very low/no contact)) is reached it is discharged with the disposition code ‘Maximum no contact’.

The setting ‘Maximum no contact’ doesn’t apply anymore when the contact person has been reached at least once.

Default phone number

Select a default telephone number.

The selected telephone number appears as default in the telephone pulldown on the Contact Page.

Add a phone number to the form if a phone number is missing

The call button appears in grey when there is no default telephone number selected.

Users have to to select a telephone number from the pulldown.

The setting ‘Automated dialing appears when a phone number is selected from the pull down.

The phone number gets dialed automatically when an address appears. User don’t have to click on the green call button.

Add the number of seconds if you want to give users time to prepare before the phone number is being called.

Attach users

Attach the Users that are allowed to work on the campaign.

Select at least one Sales user if you want Telemarketers to make appointments for Sales.

Copy a campaign

Use the copy icon Een item kopiëren in callmonkey to copy an existing campaign.

The campaign settings will be copies, not the addresses

Deactivate a campaign

Select the green check mark  Een Item actief of inactief maken in callmonkey to make the campaign inactive. The green check mark turns white icoontje inactief CallMonkey.

A pop up appears when there are addresses attached to the campaign.

The campaign can not be selected on the Start Page by users when the campaign is deactivated.

Delete a campaign

Click on the delete icon Delete icon in CallMonkey  to delete a campaign.

A pop up appears if there are addresses attached to the campaign.
